Our hosting and security services may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, and signals used to detect spam or automated activity.

Please share only the information needed for us to respond to your inquiry.

How we use your information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss your needs and services, and manage related correspondence. We use technical information to operate and protect the website and prevent spam or abuse.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases may include:

Service providers and sharing

We use providers that support website hosting, business email and website security. These currently include:

Website inquiries are stored in our website’s database and delivered to our business email account.

Cookies and spam protection

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA. This service processes technical signals and uses cookies to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated activity.

Further information is available in Google’s reCAPTCHA data-processing information.

Any future use of optional analytics or advertising tracking will be explained separately, with consent requested where applicable law requires it.

How long we keep information

We retain non-client inquiries and related correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them from our active records unless longer retention is necessary to meet legal obligations or handle legal claims.

Email delivery logs are scheduled for automatic deletion after 30 days.

Hostinger retains weekly website backups for up to six weeks. We retain downloaded website backups for up to 90 days from creation.

Deleted inquiry data may remain in backup copies until those copies are overwritten or deleted within these periods. Backup copies are used for recovery only. If a backup is restored, we reapply applicable deletions before using restored inquiry records.

Hostinger and Google Workspace process personal information under their data-processing agreements. These agreements contain international-transfer provisions, including standard contractual clauses or other recognised transfer mechanisms where applicable.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law applicable to your information, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to certain processing, and receive a portable copy.
