I’m Daniela Draugelis, an intercultural trainer, certified coach, and founder of Cultural Pathways LLC. With over two decades of global experience across South America, Asia, the US and Africa, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and organizations navigate the complexities of multicultural environments.

My journey isn’t just professional—it’s deeply personal. As an expat and parent of Third Culture Kids (TCK), I’ve lived the challenges of global mobility firsthand. These experiences, coupled with my expertise in Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Energy Leadership coaching, fuel my passion for empowering others to thrive in transitions.
